Format Instructions:

  • All uppercase text is automatically treated as a category

Add Your Categories

Add groups of members that you want to mix together:

  • Manual entry: Add categories and members manually using the input fields. Once data has been entered, click "Set Values" button and preview the data.
  • File upload: Upload a file with your categories and members for quick input.

Configure Group Settings

Set up the parameters for your mixed groups:

  • Specify the minimum group size you want to achieve
  • The system will ensure diverse representation in each group
  • You can adjust settings to best fit your specific needs

Create Mixed Groups

Click "Next: Create Groups" to create your mixed teams:

  • The algorithm ensures fair distribution of members from different categories
  • Each group will have representation from each category when possible
  • The system optimizes for balanced group sizes

After teams are created, you can:

  • See a clear breakdown of each group and its members
  • Identify any leftover members who couldn't be assigned to groups
  • Distribute any leftover members manually if needed
  • Customise the groups by dragging and dropping members from one group to another.

To prepare a file for upload, create a text file with categories and members in the following format. List members below their category, one per line or comma-separated
